When you fill out the contact form on our website, we collect the following data:

- phone number,
- e-mail address (optional),
- message content.
Purpose of processing: to respond to your inquiry and to provide transportation services.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract).
Retention period: data is stored for the period necessary to handle the inquiry, no longer than 12 months from the last contact.
b) Automatically collected data
When you use our website, we automatically collect:
- IP address,
- browser type and operating system,
- date and time of visit,
- pages visited,
- referral source.
Purpose of processing: website traffic analysis, improving service quality, measuring advertising campaign effectiveness.
