• presentation of Taxi Rzeszów 24 transportation services,
• a contact form for submitting inquiries.

3. Pricing

The binding document determining transportation service prices is the official Taxi Rzeszów 24 price list, which includes the following tariff rates:

• Tariff 1 (local, daytime) — trips within Rzeszów city limits, weekdays 6:00 AM – 9:59 PM,
• Tariff 2 (local, night/holiday) — trips within Rzeszów city limits, 10:00 PM – 5:59 AM, Sundays and public holidays,
• Tariff 3 (suburban, daytime) — trips outside Rzeszów city limits, weekdays 6:00 AM – 9:59 PM,
• Tariff 4 (suburban, night/holiday) — trips outside Rzeszów city limits, 10:00 PM – 5:59 AM, Sundays and public holidays.

Detailed tariff rates are available on the Website's homepage in the "Pricing" section and from the driver before the trip begins.

4. Bookings

Bookings can be made by phone at: +48 787 631 329.

The customer may cancel a booking at any time before the trip begins by calling the above number.

5. Liability

The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

• interruptions in Website operation caused by technical failures or force majeure,
• decisions made by the user based on information obtained from the Website without confirmation from the Service Provider.

In case of any doubts regarding the price or route, the customer may contact the Service Provider directly at the phone number provided on the Website.

6. Complaints

Complaints regarding the Website may be submitted:

The Service Provider will process the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
